executive coach with over 25 years’ experience across the NHS, local government,
and consultancy. He began his career at Manchester City Council and has since
worked both across the North West and internationally through Roffey Park
Institute. Kash brings deep practical insight, a strong coaching approach, and a
wealth of real-world case studies to his work.

(LGA) and plays an important role in connecting the programme to wider sector
learning and development. He has worked closely with Kash on a number of

impactful programmes.
